1. Open the Digital Returns Portal

We do our best to accommodate exchanges, but we can't always guarantee them. Click [here] to register your return online. You'll be able to choose between an exchange or a refund. Then, simply follow the instructions in the return portal.

2. Pack Your Items

Carefully pack your items using either our original packaging or another suitable box. Make sure your items are in their original condition (unless defective).

3. Attach the Return Label

You can print the provided return label or use the QR code. Just show the QR code at your local post office—they'll print the label for you. Alternatively, download and print the label yourself, then attach it securely to your package.

4. Send the Package

Drop off your package at a nearby parcel shop. Ask for a proof of return and keep it until you receive our confirmation that your return has been received.

5. You're Done!

Your return is now on its way to us. Once we receive your package, we'll either exchange your items or issue a refund. Please note that this process can take up to 14 days after the return arrives, as we first need to verify the exchange or refund request.

6. Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 14 days after your return is received. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your order.

Do you prefer a printed return form?

If you don't want to return online, click [here] to download the return form. Fill it out completely and include it in your package. This helps us quickly and accurately process your return, even without digital registration.

Important – Exceptions

Please note that Seamless Underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Our Recommendation

We strongly recommend sending your return as insured parcel post , not as a letter. Make sure your package is properly stamped— unstamped parcels cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Standard DHL parcels are insured up to €500 . If your parcel is lost on its way to us, DHL will refund the item value.
You can track your parcel online using the tracking number to see when it arrives at our warehouse.

Note: Returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition.
